Elne is situated at 11 km from Perpignan.
At Perpignan Sud you take the exit and follow the signs for Argeles-Sur-Mer that leads you to the National road N114.
Take the exit Elne Centre and at the ‘Gendarmerie’ you take the road to the right, there are signs ‘Cloître/Cathédrale'! This road goes up and down and at the end you ‘ll see a small round-a-bout.
There you take the third exit which leads you up the Remparts and under the porch (Porte Ballaguer). Straight on the rue Porte Ballaguer and 100 m further at your right you 'll see Place Colonel Roger with the Bed and Breakfast/Restaurant (Au Remp’arts) with Provence blue shutters!
